Track Your Order

Want to know where your parcel is? Here is how to track it:

Step 1: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS/WhatsApp.

Step 2: Message us on WhatsApp at 923332246273 with your order number (e.g. #1001) and we will update you on your parcel's status.

Step 3: Our rider will call you before delivery - please keep your phone reachable.

Typical delivery times: 3-5 working days for local items, 15-25 working days for imported items.
