Refund Policy

At My Store 1, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer an easy 7-day return policy.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

How to return: Contact us on WhatsApp at 923332246273 or email haseebshopify09@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refund method: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa) within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable: For hygiene reasons, personal care items cannot be returned unless faulty.
